  18. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  19. 2-3 tablespoon olive oil

  21. As needed Grated cheese
  22. 5-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  23. 4-5 cooked lachchha paratha

Steps to make to make Taco Indiana

  1. Mix boiled and mashed potatoes, cooked rice, salt, red chilli powder, Roasted cumin seeds powder, green chilli paste and make tikkis from it. Dip into maida- corn flour slurry, coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil till golden and crisp.
  2. Prepare lachchha paratha from maida or wheat flour. You can use readymade too.
  3. Take all ingredients mentioned in for ' harrisa sauce' in chutney bowl and grind with enough water. Transfer to a bowl and mix mayonnaise into.
  4. Take a lachchha paratha (cooked). Apply prepared harrisa sauce over it. Apply grated cheese and chilli flakes over it. Put two tikkis on it and fold the paratha.(Give shape of tacos). Cook both sides on tawa with butter till golden and crisp. Taco Indiana is ready to serve.
